About the Role

• Contribute to Leadership NRI’s content and activities highlighting Indian leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Research relevant topics.
• Gather stories.
• Help shape engaging narratives for the platform’s audience.
• Conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with featured leaders.
• Assist with event or session planning.
• Support the creation and organization of written, audio, or video content.
• Collaborate with the core team on new ideas.
• Maintain organized documentation.
• Ensure all activities align with the platform’s mission of empowering leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to research, understand, and summarize leadership stories, trends, and best practices in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional conversations and interviews in person or over digital channels.
• Organizational and coordination skills to manage schedules, events, and content workflows on-site in Hyderabad.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for documentation, collaboration, and content management (e.g., office productivity and communication tools).
• Interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, or community-building, with a motivation to work with Indian leaders across various domains.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate respectfully with a diverse team.
• Prior experience in content, events, or community engagement is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Relevant education or training in communications, business, social sciences, or a related field is an advantage.
