About the Role

A full-time, on-site position in Chennai. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, web pages, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Create design layouts for digital and print materials.
• Refine graphics based on feedback.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality graphics using design tools.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Contribute fresh ideas to enhance visual identity and user experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience in Web Design, with an understanding of UI and UX principles.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Creative Design and Branding.
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
• Formal education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
