Customer Service Associate - Fresher | International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.
• Contribute to the process through improvement ideas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Arts & Science) preferred.
• 2024-2026 Passed Out.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
