About the Role
ROialLabs is a Performance Marketing & Growth Agency seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to learn how to create content that drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create scroll-stopping content: Develop reels, carousels, stories, and posts.
- Research trends, understand audiences, and translate ideas into content that drives engagement and inquiries.
- Assist with content calendars, campaign concepts, hooks, captions, and creative briefs.
- Support with reel scripting, editing, content repurposing, and trend-based creative experiments.
- Track reach, engagement, views, clicks, and leads to analyze performance.
- Research competitors to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Experiment with AI tools for idea generation and content creation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Curiosity, creativity, consistency, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in understanding viral content.
- Good eye for creative ideas, hooks, and storytelling.
- Ability to write clear, engaging captions.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Interest in Canva, CapCut, video editing, and AI tools.
- Proactive and takes ownership.
- Willingness to test ideas, learn from mistakes, and improve.
- Bonus points: Experience creating content, managing a page, experimenting with reels, or having ideas for online brand growth.
Qualifications
- No specific degree or certificate required; focus is on curiosity and creativity.
