About the Role
Alphathena is a Chicago-based startup building a B2B SaaS platform for Direct Indexing. We're hiring a Client Success Analyst in Chicago (hybrid) to support RIA clients day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle setup work during onboarding, including account and household setup, loading client data, and pre-go-live checks.
- Support clients' daily use of the platform, including harvesting, rebalancing, and account updates.
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine advisor questions, escalating more involved issues to the Client Success Manager.
- Utilize and help clients become comfortable with the platform's AI workflows.
- Maintain clear notes on client requests and issues for team and product follow-up.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience; new grads welcome.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in wealth management and advisor client interactions.
- Comfortable with software and quick to learn new tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to explain things clearly and patiently.
Bonus Qualifications
- Internship or work experience in the wealth management industry.
- Experience at an RIA, custodian, or wealthtech firm.
