Laborer

About the Role

Keystone Property Services is hiring for a full-time, on-site Laborer position in Angier, NC. This role supports property maintenance and improvement projects through general labor tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as site cleanup, loading and unloading materials.
• Assist with minor repairs and landscaping.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment.
• Follow directions from supervisors.
• Help prepare job sites for work.
• Observe all safety guidelines.
• Maintain tools and work areas in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools, small equipment, and general construction or landscaping practices.
• Reliability in following instructions, adhering to safety procedures, and completing assigned tasks on time.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel locally to different job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or property maintenance is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to the Angier, NC work location preferred.
