About the Role

As a Houseperson at Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria, you will ensure the cleanliness and guest satisfaction of designated hotel areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of designated public areas: restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks: dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly.
• Deliver requested items to guests.
• Assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks: flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report any repair needs or maintenance deficiencies to ensure a well-kept property.
