Marketing Associate (Direct Marketing)

About the Role

Aegon Business Consulting is expanding its Houston team and looking for a Direct Marketing Specialist who’s ready to learn, take initiative, and make an impact. This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site position in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients through direct marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Connect with customers face-to-face, answer questions, and create positive brand experiences.
• Support sales, customer acquisition, and customer outreach initiatives.
• Assist with events, promotions, and local marketing campaigns.
• Learn to communicate product and service benefits clearly and confidently.
• Work with the team to meet campaign goals and deliver strong results.
• Develop skills in customer relations, sales, marketing strategy, and business operations.
• Take on new challenges and responsibilities as experience is gained.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on training will be provided.
• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, sales, athletics, or campus organizations can be helpful, but previous marketing experience is not required.
