About the Role
MiQ is seeking a sharp and driven Associate Account Manager to support the Account Management team with campaign management troubleshooting and to learn how to manage client accounts. This role offers the opportunity to join an innovative company with an ambitious growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service
- Support a portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal performance in partnership with the Trading team for campaign pacing and desired outcomes.
- Learn to present best-in-class insight reports blending campaign performance with real business challenges, utilizing MiQ data.
- Project Management
- Confirm all necessary information for successful campaign launches via launch emails (checklist provided).
- Troubleshoot campaign challenges with the team.
- Schedule client check-ins and ensure timely delivery of client reporting and ad hoc requests.
- Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal regional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Attend Account Management (AM) trainings and complete Accreditation modules to maintain product knowledge.
- Communication
- Provide crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients and internal stakeholders, adapting style to persuade and influence positive outcomes.
- Proactively seek opportunities to exceed client and internal team expectations.
- Innovation
- Be open to new ideas, processes, and ways of working.
- Strategize with senior team members to provide proactive advice for client business challenges.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-2 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience.
- Interest in technology with an aptitude to learn new tech quickly.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to share ideas, identify process efficiencies, and remain humble while learning.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables, chart-making, and presentation building is a plus.
