About the Role
The Sanitation, Warehouse ensures the health and safety of all associates by maintaining a clean and safe workplace. This role performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation related job tasks in warehouse facilities, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas. May perform similar duties in office areas as assigned.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Compensation
- Earn $19.00–$20.25/hr (includes $1.25 freezer differential)
Key Responsibilities
- Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
- Reports all unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
- Performs cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash pickup.
- Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
- Timely and accurate completion of all assigned Pure Safety training modules.
- May require operation of a pallet jack to transport refuse/trash.
- Completes all assignments timely and accurately.
- May be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- 3+ months general sanitation, cleaning, and/or janitorial work experience
- Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
