About the Role

Sales support job, not customer service.

This role involves making outbound cold calls to prospects. When a prospect expresses interest, they are transferred live to the licensed sales team. Responsibilities also include getting forms signed and following up on underwriting requirements until policy completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls every day
• Transfer interested prospects live to our licensed sales team
• Get forms and applications completed and signed
• Follow up on underwriting requirements
• Keep notes and activity up to date in our CRM
• Meet weekly and monthly activity goals

Requirements & Tech Stack

• CRM
• Phone communication
• Organization
• Persistence

Qualifications

• Comfortable on the phone and motivated by daily goals
• Handles rejection well
• Organized and persistent with follow-up
• Coachable and ready to learn insurance
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

No license needed initially.

Pay

• Starts at $30,000 base salary plus commission
