Job Title: Warehouse Janitorial Associate

About the Role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for Warehouse Janitorial Associates/Cleaning Crew Members. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to workplace safety.

Work Schedule

• Days/nights vary, including weekends
• Shifts Available: 1:00pm to 9:30pm
• Full-time: Must work 38+ hours weekly
• Must have reliable transportation

Starting Pay

• $16.80 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing deep cleaning, as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Performing other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software: Required for accurate recording of work hours, attendance management, training completion, and distribution of employment-related information. Non-exempt employees must download and use the app on personal mobile devices to clock in/out.
• Cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.
