Key Responsibilities
- Assists with implementation of the domestic plan of care, which may include preparing meals, running errands, house cleaning, and doing laundry.
- Maintains accurate documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Communicates participant concerns or changes in participant status to supervisor.
- Home Health services may be provided in a variety of locations, including participant residences.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- None Required.
- Preferred: BLS Provider (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted), Driver's License.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Work Experience: None required.
