About the Role
Adventure Loom is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Direct Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns that connect directly with customers. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in marketing, communications, and brand promotion, with opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns (email, mailers, events, and promotions)
- Support customer outreach efforts and maintain contact lists
- Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Coordinate marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align messaging
- Help organize promotional events and outreach initiatives
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles or willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers and tools such as email platforms and spreadsheets
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
