HOUSEKEEPING ROOM ATTENDANT

About the Role

The Westin Tempe is looking for a Full-Time AM Housekeeping Room Attendant to join their Housekeeping Team.

• Hours: AM shifts including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms.
• Providing prompt, courteous service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Delivering Marriott and Crescent's high standards of hospitality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers; must be a team player.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces.

• Safety & Security: Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards/concerns.
