About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing product listings
- Managing marketplace operations
- Handling customer queries
- Monitoring sales performance
- Creating and implementing strategies to optimize listings, enhance visibility, and drive conversions
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in e-commerce marketplace management, including platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others
- Skills in content creation, including product listing optimization, SEO-driven descriptions, and visual content alignment
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using tools for performance tracking and decision-making
- Strong communication skills for managing customer interactions and collaborating with internal teams
- Knowledge in online marketing, digital advertising, and sales strategies to drive growth and engagement
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and organize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel and e-commerce dashboards
- Knowledge of the broader retail landscape is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
