About Your New Role

• AI Strategy & Business Growth: Identify and execute high-impact business opportunities using Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and predictive analytics to drive revenue growth and competitive advantage.
• AI Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products from ideation and market validation to prototyping, launch, and scaling.
• AI-Driven Business Operations: Build and deploy intelligent workflows, AI agents, and automation systems across product, operations, partnerships, and investor relations to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Strategic AI Initiatives: Independently lead cross-functional AI programs, translating complex business challenges into scalable, technology-driven solutions with measurable business impact.
• AI Governance & Compliance: Establish AI governance frameworks covering data privacy, model risk, regulatory compliance, responsible AI, and secure deployment of AI-powered products.
• LLM & Agentic Workflow Implementation: Identify opportunities to leverage LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and intelligent decision-making frameworks to solve complex business problems.
• AI-Powered Business Intelligence: Leverage advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and AI-driven insights to support strategic planning, market intelligence, investment analysis, and data-backed decision-making.
• Strategic Partnerships & AI Ecosystem: Evaluate and develop partnerships with AI technology providers, startups, and enterprise platforms to accelerate product innovation and business expansion.
• Cross-Functional AI Leadership: Act as the central bridge between Business Development, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams to align AI initiatives with organizational priorities.
• AI ROI & Performance Optimization: Define success metrics, evaluate AI adoption, track return on investment, and continuously optimize AI solutions for scalability, cost efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Startup Experience (running/ non-running) is an added advantage.
• Flexibility is required.
• Candidates with Entrepreneurial, leadership, and Management Skills.
