About the Role
Love's cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean places, and provide friendly service to customers. They offer fast, friendly, and accurate services. Flexibility and teamwork are important as duties may vary based on business needs. No experience is required; training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- General customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities.
- Following all state and local laws.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Cleaning the direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
