Order Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order management process, from order receipt to delivery and closure.
• Process customer purchase orders and validate order details in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, finance and customer service teams.
• Track order status, delivery schedules, backorders and order fulfilment.
• Resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, blocked orders and delivery delays.
• Maintain accurate order records and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• SAP experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Order Management (OM) and Supply Chain.
• Interest in working in Quality.
• ERP systems such as SAP SD or Oracle.
• Order Processing and Order Fulfilment.
• Sales Order Processing.
• Purchase Order (PO) Management.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) knowledge.
• Customer and stakeholder coordination.
• Inventory and logistics coordination.
• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
