Key Responsibilities
- Assist with construction estimating.
- Assist with construction scheduling.
- Assist with construction reporting.
- Assist with cost control.
- Assist with measurement verification.
- Assist with invoice certification for all work performed by the contractor in the assigned area of the project.
- Lead the complete Bill Certification process.
- Lead Measurement of Quantities.
- Lead resolution of extra scope for the assigned construction area, structure, domain, or discipline.
