About the Role
- Full-time, on-site Marketing Intern position based in Pune Camp.
- Support marketing activities for mutual fund distribution and financial planning services.
- Gain exposure to practical aspects of financial services marketing and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research.
- Gather client and competitor insights.
- Support the development of basic marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing materials.
- Contribute to social media and offline outreach.
- Support the sales team with client communication and follow-ups.
- Respond to client queries.
- Maintain records of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Comfort with digital tools and social media.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Market Research skills: ability to gather, analyze, and summarize data on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Sales-related skills: basic lead follow-up, relationship building, and an interest in learning consultative selling in financial services.
- Marketing Strategy skills: aptitude for planning simple campaigns, supporting brand awareness initiatives, and contributing ideas to reach target audiences.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong willingness to learn about mutual funds and personal finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Pune Camp.
