Procurement Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities.
• Identify vendors.
• Evaluate quotations.
• Issue purchase orders in line with company policies and project requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material and service needs.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms.
• Support cost optimization initiatives.
• Assist in developing and refining procurement processes to support sustainable and efficient operations across electromechanical and related services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Purchasing Processes
• Purchase Management
• Experience handling procurement cycles from requisition to delivery.
• Purchase Orders management (creation, tracking, reconciliation with invoices and delivery notes).
• Analytical Skills to compare vendor proposals, assess total cost of ownership, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Working knowledge of ERP or procurement software.
• Familiarity with basic contract terms and vendor management processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain within engineering, electromechanical, or service industries is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to uphold ethical, transparent purchasing practices.
