About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BE Mechanical Fresher.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting routine maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment.
• Assisting senior engineers with mechanical systems and processes.
• Participating in production line monitoring to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Performing basic inspections of tanks and pipes.
• Documenting findings and reporting issues to supervisors.
• Working with engineering drawings.
• Learning to use CAD tools under guidance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Following all safety and quality standards within the plant.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of core Mechanical Engineering principles and fundamentals.
• Skills in Maintenance activities related to mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Basic proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for interpreting and preparing engineering drawings.
• Abilities in Inspection and quality checks of mechanical components, tanks, and pipes.
• Foundational understanding of Automotive or related industrial mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools.
