Shopify SME / Support Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Shopify SME with strong experience in Shopify platform administration and production support. The role will support approximately two Shopify environments, ensuring smooth operations, integrations, access management, and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and maintain Shopify environments.
• Manage Shopify apps, users, roles, permissions, and access.
• Monitor and troubleshoot APIs and third-party integrations.
• Perform routine environment and data maintenance.
• Provide ongoing operational and production support.
• Troubleshoot platform, app, API, and integration issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers for issue resolution.
• Maintain technical/support documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus.
• Shopify environment administration and support.
• Shopify app and access management.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Good understanding of environment and data maintenance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
