About the Role

• Supervise civil construction works for quality and safety aspects.
• Communicate effectively with peers, subordinates, customers, and sub-contractors.
• Lead teams as a good team player.
• Take initiatives to control costs.
• Make decisions related to the work.
• Plan and organize required resources proactively for planned works.
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and understand their stake in the project.
• Understand and comply with SOPs, ensuring their implementation in the work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the civil construction works effectively for quality and safety aspects.
• Communicate well with peer and subordinate groups and also with customers and sub-contractors.
• Use the latest relevant digital tools to improve the efficiency of construction at site.
• Plan and organize the required resources on time pro-actively for the works planned.
• Coordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and understand their stake at the project.
• Understand the SOPs and comply to them and ensure the same is implemented in his work area.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Relevant experience in civil construction, preferably experience in large to Mega construction projects.
• Good at analytical skills.
• Good at Decision making related to the work.
• Ability to lead the team by being a good team player.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate well the relevant experience in the civil construction preferably experience in large to Mega construction projects.
