About the Role
Taste of Shakes is a Hyderabad-based cloud kitchen and dessert spot specializing in thick shakes and indulgent beverages. This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble shakes and beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent taste and presentation of all products.
- Take customer orders.
- Handle payments and use point-of-sale systems and delivery apps.
- Provide courteous and efficient service, both in-person and via delivery platforms.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
- Restock ingredients and supplies.
- Follow food safety and kitchen protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to support peak-hour operations.
- Follow management instructions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to prepare food and beverages accurately and follow recipes.
- Maintain quality and portion standards.
- Strong customer service skills: clear communication, polite interaction, positive and professional attitude.
- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Willingness to follow food safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
- Basic cash handling skills.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and delivery apps.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Support flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Reliability and willingness to learn and follow operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, cafés, or quick-service restaurants is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Basic English or local language communication skills are helpful.
