Key Responsibilities

• Assist faculty in ongoing research, including development of analytical models, solution algorithms, and designing computational experiments.
• Scrape data from websites or documents and compile it into usable formats for analysis.
• Manage databases by linking datasets, ensuring data quality, and processing raw data for modeling and estimation.
• Analyze data using cross-sectional and panel econometric methods, conduct literature reviews, and assist in paper writing.
• Conduct market and economic analysis, prepare reports, harvest data, and generate presentable insights.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent analytical and programming skills.
• Great communication skills and written skills.
• Motivation to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience or training in any programming language is desirable.
• Formal training in game theory is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a top program with a high CGPA, demonstrating academic excellence.
• Master’s level degree from IISc, ISI, DSE, or comparable institutions (India and abroad) with a good academic record in economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Other quantitative fields may also apply.
• This position is suitable for individuals looking to pursue a PhD in Quantitative Marketing.
