About the Role
We are looking for web-savvy individuals with excellent online research skills to test and evaluate search engine performance for our clients. You will play a crucial part in enhancing AI data to improve online search engine experiences for users. This is a flexible, part-time, work-from-home position.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate search engine responses to everyday searches.
- Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to refine AI data.
- Work through a variety of assignments to enhance search engine results.
- Continually maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently reside in India.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in India.
- Must have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection.
- Reliable antivirus software to protect your computer.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
- Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
Qualifications
- Inquisitive by nature with a real interest in AI.
- Excellent skills in online research.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the self-discipline to stick to a schedule and get work done despite potential distractions of a home office.
- Be a critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and assess its relevance or significance.
- English (India) proficiency.
- No previous experience is required.

Work Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: 8-20 hours per week, averaging 15 hours weekly.
- Minimum commitment of 5 hours per week, maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Pay: Up to 4 USD/hour.
