About the Role
Archiworld is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Architect to join its professional team. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, construction practices, design documentation, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural design concepts, layouts, and space-planning proposals in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
- Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
- Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, codes, and project standards.
- Assist in material selection, design detailing, and preparation of project presentations.
- Review drawings and incorporate revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, space planning, construction drawings, and detailing.
- Ability to prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience in an architectural firm is preferred; freshers with strong technical skills may also apply.
