About the Role

Gpac is seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual to join their team as an Entry Level Remote Recruiter. This role offers an excellent work-life balance in a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to help transform people's lives by placing them in ideal positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews.
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Qualifications

• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Gpac provides all necessary training, tools, resources, and support.
