About the Role
Synottic is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Digital Growth Expert to enhance our digital presence, build an engaged community, generate business leads, and support marketing and pre-sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage Synottic’s LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Content Creation: Create compelling posts, carousels, short videos, and other digital content around AI, leadership, learning, and the future of work.
- Content Planning: Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
- Community Building: Grow our audience, engage with followers, participate in relevant conversations, and build relationships with potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through organic social media, digital campaigns, and targeted outreach.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns to promote Synottic’s AI programs, workshops, and services.
- Pre-sales Support: Help nurture prospects, coordinate follow-ups, and support the conversion of leads into business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. Use insights to improve results.
- AI-Powered Marketing: Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, campaign execution, and marketing productivity.
- Growth Experiments: Test new content formats, distribution channels, and strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn marketing, audience growth, and engagement.
- Knowledge of lead generation, digital campaigns, and marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple activities independently and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach.
