Salary Range: $60,000 (Bachelor's), $70,000 (Master's)
About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Engineer who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, and using AI to build practical solutions. This role combines operations, software engineering, data analysis, and AI-driven automation. You will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to investigate issues, improve processes, and build tools that make systems and teams more efficient. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate operational issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Analyze logs, system data, and performance metrics
- Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve team productivity
- Work with engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
- Improve monitoring, reporting, and operational processes
- Continuously identify opportunities to make systems more efficient and ensure operational excellence
- Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients (automotive OEMs) and bridge with team members
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic programming experience: Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communications and inter-personal skills
- Fluency in Korean (required due to client communication needs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with APIs, databases, Linux, or cloud platforms
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- Interest in connected vehicles, telematics platforms, or technology operations in the automotive industry
