This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Brainstorming content ideas with the marketing team.
• Producing copy and visual assets.
• Optimizing content for various platforms.
• Monitoring performance metrics to refine future content.
• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and align content with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong digital content creation skills, including writing, visual storytelling, and familiarity with social media and web platforms.
• Ability to develop content concepts and campaigns aligned with brand strategy and audience needs.
• Comfort with basic content editing tools (such as image or video editors) and content management systems.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience engagement, analytics, and platform best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in digital content creation.
