Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time

About the Role

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative for full or part-time positions. This role offers a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Run the register and cashier
• Make purchase suggestions
• Work with the food program
• Maintain store appearance standards (inside and out)
• Provide fast and friendly customer service
• Attend work regularly and predictably
• Interact with customers daily
• Accomplish daily tasks around the store with a team

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
