About the Role
Join our team in our print shop as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their printing needs, process print requests, and provide helpful solutions to ensure a great customer service experience. We operate in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good phone skills
- Customer management software
- Active listening techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
- Print shop experience is a plus.
- Must be dependable.
