- Services: Residential and Treatment Foster Care for youth facing out-of-home placements, transitioning to independent living, or involved in the juvenile justice system.
- Hours: PRN (As needed)
- Site Location: Savannah, GA
- Rate of Pay: $14.50/Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Help participants grow, learn, and live well.
- Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served.
- Assist participants in being part of the community and enjoying activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
