About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to build their careers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, sports-related conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, exercise programs, and home treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Help patients safely return to work, sports, and daily activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or accredited Physical Therapy degree.
- Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
- Experience in sports medicine, rehabilitation, or occupational health is a plus.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
- No Weekends.
- Fully onsite position in Memphis, TN.

- Pay Range: $74,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
