About the Role
Eurofins BPT-Columbia is seeking an Entry-Level Chemist to join our Trace Analytical Structural Chemistry (TASC) team. This role is for a recent graduate or early-career scientist looking to build hands-on laboratory experience in a regulated environment, supporting research and development studies with analytical instrumentation and established laboratory procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis following SOPs, protocols, and study requirements.
- Generate accurate and reliable experimental data.
- Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation.
- Document work in accordance with cGMP and/or GLP guidelines.
- Assist with research and development projects.
- Analyze and interpret scientific data.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project timelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and/or GC.
- Laboratory experience gained through industry, internships, research, or academic coursework.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with GLP, GMP, or LIMS is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, plus any additional hours as needed.
