About the Role
TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Milwaukee.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients 1:1 with activities inside their homes:
- Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
- Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
- Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
- Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
Requirements & Tech Stack
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- Must comply with state background screening requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US
Compensation & Benefits
- Top Pay Rates: $17-21 per hour
- Shift Availability: Days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
- Schedule Options: Full-time and part-time available
- Weekly Pay with optional Daily Pay through PayActiv
