Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Gain experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build community relationships to support business growth.
• Prioritize customer service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on your driving record in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following:
• Sales (e.g., commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
• Customer Service (e.g., retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality, or call center)
• Leadership (e.g., management, military, athletics/team activities, clubs, organizations, or community involvement)
