About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Civil Draughtsman role based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and layouts for infrastructure projects, following project specifications, design standards, and applicable codes.
- Create and update CAD models.
- Coordinate with civil engineers and project managers to clarify design requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation of revisions.
- Review and refine technical drawings for constructability.
- Support quantity take-offs.
- Maintain organized drawing records and files.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to KPIL’s safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Experience working on infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale civil projects.
- Attention to detail, ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering and project teams on-site.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering Drafting.
- Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings.
- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
- Proficiency in relevant CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and familiarity with industry standards.
