About the Role

We are seeking technically skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the positions of Project Engineer / Senior Engineer. These roles focus on engineering project coordination, technical planning, design evaluation, resource management, and the delivery of reliable engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities

• For Project Engineer:

• Contribute to the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.

• Ensure technical requirements and project objectives are achieved.

• Review engineering specifications.

• Coordinate project schedules.

• Monitor progress.

• Support the implementation of technical solutions.

• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Address technical challenges and maintain efficient project workflows.

• Prepare project documentation.

• Review drawings.

• Track material requirements.

• Monitor costs.

• Conduct quality checks.

• Identify potential project risks.

• Help resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate inspections.

• Ensure project activities comply with established engineering standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.

• For Senior Engineer:

• Contribute to complex engineering activities by providing technical guidance.

• Evaluate design solutions.

• Support the development of effective engineering practices.

• Review technical proposals.

• Conduct engineering assessments.

• Resolve complex technical problems.

• Recommend improvements to existing systems or processes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish technical requirements.

• Evaluate project performance.

• Ensure engineering deliverables meet applicable specifications.

• Review calculations and technical reports.

• Coordinate design reviews.

• Assess project risks.

• Support resource planning.

• Improve engineering procedures.

• Contribute to technical decision-making, knowledge sharing, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, project coordination, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical reports, calculations, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with project planning, schedule monitoring, resource coordination, and quality assurance procedures.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, safety requirements, technical compliance, and engineering standards.
• Familiarity with CAD software, project management tools, or engineering analysis applications is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
