About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for US IT requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client job descriptions and identify suitable technical candidates.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to assess communication skills, technical experience, availability, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in technical recruitment, talent sourcing, and US IT staffing.
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet-based research.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work during US business hours (night shift in India).
• Good learning ability, confidence, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills for Experienced Candidates:

• Hands-on experience in US IT staffing and technical recruitment.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and US job portals.
• Understanding of US employment types such as W2 and C2C.
