Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team in Minneapolis. This position offers hands-on experience across all stages of M&A and capital raising transactions, with opportunities to work directly with senior bankers, company executives, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction-related materials
• Prepare Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and client deliverables
• Coordinate due diligence processes, manage data rooms, and organize transaction information
• Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and comparable transaction benchmarking
• Identify prospective buyers, investors, and acquisition targets
• Support business development initiatives, including prospective client research and pitch materials

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and learn quickly
• Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to work extended hours as transaction demands require
