Entry Level Management Trainee

About the Role

As a Management Trainee for C&C Elite, Inc., you will interact and educate customers on the sales floor, learn management skills, and help lead the retail team. The mission is to create the ultimate in-store experience and increase name brand loyalty for clients by representing and selling telecommunications products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Present the benefits of client products to customers.
• Excite customers about new technology and educate them on product/service utilization.
• Develop positive relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty and satisfaction.
• Generate sales and achieve weekly sales goals by leveraging passion for people, technology, and entertainment.
• Complete provided training to grow and advance within the company.
