About the Role
NorthMed Health is partnering with a well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Mansfield, MA to hire a Clinic Supervisor and Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, permanent role. This outpatient PT position offers true one-on-one care, a mixed orthopedic and pelvic health caseload, and strong mentorship for new graduates. - Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic
- Location: Mansfield, MA (Greater Boston area)
- Schedule: Days with flexibility; evening availability (until 6 PM)
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Patient Population: Mixed orthopedic with a high volume of pelvic health patients
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one outpatient care as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Treat a mixed orthopedic and pelvic floor caseload
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Complete evaluations and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development
- Contribute to clinic growth through patient-centered care
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license-eligible in Massachusetts
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Interest or background in pelvic floor therapy strongly valued
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000 (flexible based on experience)
