About the Role
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk to support a large-scale government IT and cybersecurity program focused on providing enterprise network and technical support services to military personnel, government civilians, and contractors worldwide. This position is on-site in Kansas City, MO. The Enterprise Service Desk will provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for end users accessing a global enterprise network environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for enterprise network users and customer systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and account access issues
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and multifunction devices (MFDs/MFPs)
- Assist users with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technologies
- Document, track, and escalate incidents while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Active Secret Security Clearance required
- Experience supporting desktop hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with NGEN and/or SMIT environments is preferred
- Additional IT training or certifications are preferred
Qualifications
- ESD Mid: 0–6 months of IT support experience
- ESD Senior: 6 months–1+ years of IT support/help desk experience
