About the Role
Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. This program offers a career path with clear beginnings and opportunities for growth in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. The role is based in Saginaw, MI.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
- Master knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
- Gain experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Build community relationships to establish business.
- Prioritize customer needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelors degree or within one semester of graduation.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
- No DWI/DUI convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following:
- Sales: Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
- Customer service: In a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
- Athletic participation: Professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
- Leadership: Role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
- Authorized to work in the United States, without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
