About the Role
FedEx is seeking a Finance Controls & Process Analyst / Snr to research, analyze, and develop corporate policies, procedures, performance standards, and process flow definitions. The role involves collecting, consolidating, and developing user requirements specifications for large and complex computer system projects. This position will also lead the evaluation of business problems to recommend new technologies, methodologies, and equipment for significant innovative improvements and provide project management for process improvement and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and develop corporate policies, procedures, performance standards, and process flow definitions.
- Collect, consolidate, and develop user requirements specifications for large and complex computer system projects.
- Lead the evaluation of business problems to recommend new technologies, methodologies, and equipment for major innovating improvements.
- Provide project management for process improvement and system enhancements to meet project objectives.
- Independently lead global, complex & cross-functional projects for Process, System Solutions/Enhancements and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Adopt a business thinking and solution-oriented approach.
- Be self-driven to achieve desired goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver results.
- Monitor outsourcing operations.
- Standardize processes.
- Engage in business process re-engineering.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Process, Business Analysis, and Project Management are key competencies.
- Familiarity with digital transformation tools / new initiatives (e.g., SQL, PBI, Data Analytics, RPA, Process automation, etc.).
- Domains preferred: Business Performances, Data Analytics, PBI/SQL tools (Financial services domains).
Qualifications
- Be proficient in requirements gathering, data analysis, documentation, and effective project management (equivalent to a Lead/Sr. Business Analyst role).
- Possess Payment / Finance related knowledge/expertise.
