Human Resource Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters / IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates for various IT and non-IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams/clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Stay updated with current recruitment trends and sourcing techniques.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
• Ability to work with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment can apply.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of recruitment experience are preferred.
